1.The Module-X comes with a pig tail
The Module-X has a pig tail of two cables to ease installation: a Cat5E UTP and a  multicore cable (14 cores), the feature cable.

 

2.PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) with Cat5E UTP Cable
A Cat5E UTP Cable 100% copper or higher is required, with a maximum length of 50 meters.
 
Connect the UTP cable to a PoE+ IEEE802.3at switch (30 Watt per port), if connecting multiple Modules be sure that the PoE+ budget is sufficient.

 

3.Mount the camera

4.I/O cable
The IO pins of the Module-X can be connected via the I/O cable.
The Module-X can be powered by providing 12 - 48 Volt DC on the I/O cable.
