This manual includes an overview of the hardware and the software components that make up a Gatekeeper.

It explains the keys concepts necessary to understand, configure and install a Gatekeeper with the use of CortexClient.

 

The manual is divided in three parts:

1.Hardware and installation

2.Configuration in CortexClient

3.Optimise license plate recognition

 

The first part focuses on the hardware and physical installation of the camera.

The second part explains the usage of CortexClient, the AVUTEC graphical user interface to configure and monitor the Gatekeeper.

The third part focuses on the steps to optimise recognition.
