Troubleshooting will always start with examining the logs.

1.Hypervisor log
Logging on Cortex level:
Logging about the start and stopping procedures, the connection with CortexConnect and reboot or power offs.
Missing Axons making the Cortex not function are listed here as well.
 

2.Hypervisor.error.log
The same log as the hypervisor.log but only the error messages.
 

3.Gatekeeper log
Logging at Axon level.
The logging that is used most. An extensive log to debug errors per Axon. The log can be filter on Axon name to ease the inspection of errors.
 

4.Gatekeeper.error.log
The same log as the gatekeeper.log, but only the error messages.

Right click the Hypervisor (in this case AVUTEC_manual) and choose "Get log" to open the hypervisor.log and the

hypervisor.error.log.

Right click the Cortex and choose "Get log" to open the gatekeeper.log and the gatekeeper.error.log.

Advised is to use a program like glogg or notepad++

To find the relevant error/message scroll through the text or use the search option for the date and time the error occurred.

Filtering on Axon name selects the messages for that particular Axon.
