Axon responsible for converting and compressing raw bitmaps flowing from axon to axon in a Cortex to display the images in CortexClient making sure bandwidth usage is optimal.

This axon has no user settings. It is an essential part of a Cortex though. Without the EncodingAxon CortexClient cannot display images.

CortexClient uses the functionality of the EncodingAxon to optimise bandwidth usage by informing the Encoding Axon when window size changes occur.

The EncodingAxon dynamically adjust image resolution.
